Saga is looking for a new maintainer

Sadly, my rather hectic lifestyle doesn't exactly let me look after Saga much anymore, and I see more and more requests and issues piling up here.

So, I ask if anyone would like to take over the project. I will do my best do explain everything I can and help out whenever necessary, but someone needs to take the leap.

My current project required a feature to fail the build in case coverage is less than x%. I have changed the code to accommodate this in your code. A fork is present @ https://github.com/avinashsingh/saga
