RFE: option to play a single soundcloud track

Firstly, thank you for all your hard work on tizonia! It's a very useful tool!

One feature that I don't think is implemented but is hopefully a simple addition: an option to play a single soundcloud track. All soundcloud options appear to be about playing from lists of some sort. It would be helpful for me to point tizonia at a single soundcloud URL and stream it from the command line.

Yes, I think this is a very useful suggestion. I think it should be relatively easy to implement, using the /resolve resource.
