Endless repeating on two repeat sentences

Example:
I have 9 sentences marked as repeat.
Limit is 10.

On continue learning I repeat two sentences and mark both as repeat again.
Then I switch between these two sentences until I mark them as done.

My intention is to repeat all sentences in my repeat section to learn them over time. So I want to go through all repeat sentences, even if I don't know the first two of them.
