Need a way to modify the relative path that gets pasted into the editor, for editing wiki pages

I Installed this months ago, and it worked perfectly for Readme's. Relative paths are different for wiki. I need the relative path to be wiki/assets/* instead of just assets/*. It shows up perfectly in the ATOM markdown preview, but after uploading, the path is not found. I modified your coffee script to append wiki/ and that solves the link problem once the wiki is committed back to github. Unfortunately, markdown preview gets messed up.
