Static files not displaying

I have meteor-router setup with https://github.com/airlok/meteor-pagination and in my app I have a single static image that displays on the first page load, but for some reason when clicking on one of the pagination links, the image can't be found in the public directory

Could it be that you are linking the images absolutely rather than relatively? foo.png rather than /foo.png
