Pre-release: Generic card

BREAKING CHANGES

This release is a test release. It will break existing installations of the card and it should be setup from scratch. The card has been rewritten to be generic so that it can be used with basically any charger.

Vulnerability fix in dependencies

Please update - this fixes vulnerability in dependencies in lodash:

• lodash versions prior to 4.17.21 are vulnerable to Command Injection via the template function.

Improve some css

Hopefully improving some css to fit compact mode and HA panel mode. Still some cleanup that needs to be done in css before this is 100%.

Add support for custom HA themes and bug fix for compact view

• Add fix to (hopefully) make it possible apply the theme you have installed in HA if you prefer it over the color schemes provided by the card. Select "theme_custom" in the card config to do so.
• Bug fix for compact view of the card.
