AppVeyor may be suitable.

Benefit:

Automatically assert code runs on the Windows platform.

Trade-off:

From past experience AppVeyor tends to be on the slowish side.
Could this lead to minor frustration?

PR #113 just merged setup Azure Pipeline test running on the Windows and macOS platforms.
