OS X 10.9.4, Blink1Control 1.9 (although the version string in Get Info says 1.84).

I open Blink1Control the first time, it launches, works fine. I quit the application (either manually or as part of logging out); it crashes, and then when I try to launch it again, I get a "Blink1Control is already running" dialog box.

After rebooting, I can launch the application again, then the pattern repeats.
