Add to non-US app stores

I've just discovered (after deleting the app and attempting to re-install it) that it's not available in the Australian app store. I assume there are other countries where this is an issue too.

Could it be made more broadly available outside the US?

I can't speak for outside of the US, but it's definitely not currently available in the US store. I'm guessing it's just plain not available currently.

What probably needs to happen, is for someone to compile and make sure it still runs on current iOS versions, and then submit it to the app stores under their Apple Developer account. It's GPL and MIT licensed, so there's no reason anyone shouldn't be able to do so.

Could the developer or maintainer give an answer to dubaarons suggestion? Or a statement to the current situation of this project?

I'm guessing this repository is abandoned. The last commit is from 2014 and this issue is from 2017 so the application is probably not available since then.
