Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have the following behaviour:

when release pipeline is triggered by tag, the release job updates information about chocolatey package inside of https://github.com/tofuutils/chocolatey-packages, and add git tag there.
After the tag push, chocolatey package should be pushed.
