Remove a token group without the underlying groups/tokens

For restructuring it would be convenient to remove a token group only from the structure, but leave all underlying groups/tokens untouched. Right now, deleting a token group also deletes all underlying contents, which serves a different use case (batch deleting). The current work around is to rename every single underlying token.
