After update to 1.1.0 - device get cloned in HA

Hi,
I updated to version 1.1.0. I have one River 2 Max, nothing more.
Before the update all was fine, after the update (and reboot of HA) I have 2 devices:

All the attributes like x boot enabled, state of health, ... are moved to a new device. This new device have the same name (in my case: river) and the old device left with the switch switch.river_backup_reserve_enabled (and my 2 integral sensors, that I moved manually to the new device). I deleted the switch.river_backup_reserve_enabled and deactivated the old device, but I can't remove it. I have now this setup:

How can I delete the old one?

And one more (simple) question: I read about the new official API support for a few devices (including my River 2 Max). What is the benefit for me as user of it? I can't find any information for that. Is it better stability or support without internet or what exactly?

I have the same issue....
Deleted the entire integration which removed all the devices and entities. Then re-added from scratch and back to having just one River 2 Pro again.

Although on my River 2 Pro I seem to have lost the Backup Reserver switch which was there before...

Same issue also in my HA, no data is incoming.

Same here 2 delta 2 (old and new), not a big deal, but remove device would be a great option :-)
