Using NPM install cmd installation #6

Hello, I am trying to use the NPM i smartcard cmd line command to install this package, but I am getting an error regarding Python executable. I have attached an image of the message returned to me when trying to install. I am on windows 10 OS. I have also been to Python's website and ran the installer, but the error message was still sent to me.

please try npm install --global --production windows-build-tools
