DABstar V2.3.0

AppImage of DABstar V2.3.0, based on Ubuntu 20.04, tested on Ubuntu 22.04.

What is new in 2.3.0

• Uses a self-made application icon and pause slide (maybe not so artistic but I am not a graphic designer)
• Change the code base at many points to be able to try a native windows build with Visual Studio (but still got bigger issues, so it would take longer...)
• Beside some minor things no new feature is added. So, if you are satisfied with V2.2.0 no upgrade is necessary.
