关于Push枚举类型的GCAlloc问题 #234

求问为什么tolua没有针对枚举值传递做GC优化，比如转换成int、long等对应的underlying类型。

现在不做处理的情况下，枚举值会转换成Enum后作为userdata传给lua，有boxing的开销，并且要交给ObjectTranslator管理
