A CNN classifier that can indicate if a coastal stream is bermed (i.e. a lagoon has formed) or is open to the sea from Planet remote sensing data
developed by Ricardo Pastor, Aryja Misra, and Akhilesh Kanmanthreddy, RipTide brings beachgoers real-time information on the conditions of water near beaches. It displays conditions for rip currents, water, ambient temperatures, rain, and the sun's ultraviolet exposure level.
