Please help me!. I tried many solutions but the issue still occurs.

I have installed #
git clone https://github.com/torch/distro.git ~/torch --recursive
cd ~/torch; bash install-deps;
./install.sh
and then
luarocks install nn
luarocks install cudnn
luarocks install torch ==> not success
luarocks install cutorch ==> not success

Anyone help me, please! I am on Ubuntu 16.04, cuda 10

use cuda9 or use nagadomi's patch version of torch https://github.com/nagadomi/distro
