I suggest we consider rails-rubocop, moving it to be a semi-official Rails project, if you're interested.

Hi, @matthewd, I'm wondering if It'd be possible to officialize rubocop-rails_config gem. It would be great if the gem is maintained by official Rails community. Anyone interested in this topic in Rails core team ❓
