Federation v2.3 support

Hello!

Federation v2.3 was released few weeks ago so I believe at least an upgrade of the @apollo/composition dependency would be required in order to support this new version. Is this correct?

In the meantime, I saw that a PR created by Snyk suggesting to bump this dependency was refused not so long ago: #176. Is there a reason to stick with @apollo/composition@2.0.5?

Hello @pradasouvanlasy , since I'm the one who contributed the move to Federation V2 and @apollo/composition, I don't see a reason to stick to 2.0.5. It should be upgraded to the latest.
