unable to play HLS video

here it is said it is a permanent and know problem, and depends on puppeteer vs chrome.
so I'm evaluating we should use a chrome installed system wide and play with user-data-dir to keep the profile separated. investigate if this is enough.

issue solved: chromium do not have the codecs that chrome has
