Questions about system support

Im considering installing Manjaro linux on my area51m R2 and worried about loosing alienFX. Will this tool let me control all that sweet RGB?

Well, your model seems to be at an "unknown" state. Check here for the supported list.

Keep in mind that it could still work, the best you could do is boot LiveUSB and check in the live environment (without Manjaro installation)
Install alienfx there and check for yourself!
Also, give OpenRGB a try, if alienfx won't work, maybe OpenRGB will. ;)
