If a tag isnt registered, then registered a bit later, it would be cool if we could add them into the results when that happens.

The tag will have to be registered in some form before hand. We'll write a function for the user to change their first and last name, pending they have the matching RFID tag to the bib number. This will need to be done for CARA.
