Debain install: Could not find the requested service strongswan:host"

Can someone tell me how to get around this, or at least were in the script I am bombing out so maybe I can fix it. I have strongswan installed and running, if need be I can REM out this line and reload strongswan myself.
The last line:
"Restrict permissions for the local private directories"

is from ./roles/strongswan/tasks/client_configs.yml but that is also the last line in that file so I'm trying to figure out were the script picks back up from. I found the strongSwan started line ONLY in ./roles/strongswan/tasks/main.yml but that isn't it as I have already REM'ed that out.
