Several station related issues

Thanks for the great work on collecting these stations. I am actively looking to contribute back and found a few problems. Not really sure how I can solve this myself as it is stated that not everybody is allowed to make PR's.

These are the stations

• Station in NL Boskoop Snijdelwijk seems to be completely missing from the list (UIC 8400126, 52.067658,4.646186)
• Station Emmerich-Elten is missing its UICCode: 8033415
• Station Glanerbrug (NL) seems to have an incorrect UICCode. It is currently listed as 8400011 but I believe it should be 8400262
• Station Koblenz Hbf seems to be missing its UIC Code: 8019023
• Station Københavns Lufth (DK) seems to be completely missing from the list (UIC 8600858, 55.63,12.649167). Or it is listed under another name but with an incorrect UIC.
• Station Lansingerland-Zoetermeer (NL) seems to be missing completely from the list (UIC 8400135; 52.042222,4.517222)
• Station Leer (Ostfriesl) seems to miss its UIC Code: 8021091
• Station Minden (Westf) seems to miss its UIC Code: 8013578
• Station Schwerte (Ruhr) seems to miss its UIC Code: 8008016
• Station Steinfurt-Grottenkamp seems to have the correct UIC Code 8005712. I seem to have another UIC Code 8071069 in the datasource I named before. Not sure if the second one is actually a valid code.
• Station Schwerte (Ruhr) seems to miss its UIC Code: 8008016
• Station Troisdorf seems to miss its UIC Code: 8015572
• Station Waddinxveen Triangel seems to be missing completely from the list (UIC 8400677; 52.02725,4.6491)

I compared the data from rijdendetreinen.nl with the stations.csv. I believe Rijdendetreinen gets its stations list from the NS API.

As mentioned, I'd be glad to do this myself if anyone can point me in the right direction.
