This is a base WP Parent Theme created off of Ian Stewart's tutorial How to Create a WordPress Theme. http://themeshaper.com/wordpress-themes-templates-tutorial

I'm adding things to the css and the functions.php over time so this will get updated along the way. This is meant so I have an updated record of it and a place to keep it together while I make adjustments over time.
