Only show 3 levels of nodes (workspace + 2 more)
Do not wrap node text, instead truncate with ellipsis (example from Notion below)
Have 0.25rem bottom padding on each node in sidebar, and an extra 0.25rem bottom margin on each workspace (so 0.5rem total space between workspaces)
