Some SOL transactions can still be marked as "unknown transaction."

Describe the bug
Some SOL transactions are still marked as "unknown transaction" in the transaction history.

Known cases include transactions with closeAccount or confidential transfers on top of Token2022. There may be others we are not aware of at the moment.
