ToolTip on Performance tab does not stay up very long

I have not seen any way to control how long the tool tip stays up when you are hovering over one of the charts. It seems to pop up and off within 1 second at the most but this really would be extremely helpful to be able to customize but it should definitely stay visible for longer periods.

Hi, I think the reason for the tooltips disappearing quickly is the mouse has moved away from the zone that triggers the tooltip. You need to find the right spot for the mouse and keep the mouse over the point. It's less obvious where this is on the CPU and IO Performance charts. On the CPU chart if you change from AVG to MAX you will see the data points. If your mouse is on the data point, the tooltip will be visible but if it moves away it will disappear quickly.
I might consider looking at some options to improve this. I'm looking to replace the charting components used #35 at some point.
