Using setup with systemd resolved DNSStubListener=off seems to improve DNS resolving but it still DO NOT make sense to have it on anyways alongside other DNS stub resolvers.

Turn off in resolved.conf and reboot:

sudo nano /etc/systemd/resolved.conf
