Document supported Hive properties for Iceberg connector

According to #10957 (released with 371) there are Hive catalog properties and catalog session properties that are supported by the Iceberg connector.

Currently there is no way for a user to know which ones are supported and as such the available configurability essentially does not exist for users unless they look at the source code.

We should document which properties are supported by both connectors. We could do that using a fragment that we include in both connector docs.

According to @findepi determining which properties are supported is actually complex to determine so we will need a developer to create the list and potentially supply it here .. or even send a doc PR.
