No localized entries at all.

Linux mint XFCE 20.3 (Ubuntu 20.04).
Last obmenu-generator from git. Linux::DesktopFiles, Data::Dump, File::DesktopEntry.
New generated config.pl with "locale_support" => 1.
LANGUAGE=ru:en_US:en
LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8
LC_ALL and LC_MESSAGES are empty.

What needs to be fixed?
