Add support for multiple email targets.

Potential solutions

Store a list of emails in the email receiver instead of parameterizing the async task
Spawn multiple email receivers
Spawn multiple email async tasks from a single receiver. (I don't know if this is feasible since the task currently owns the email instance.)
