Z2M 502 Bad Gateway, Home Assistant serial disconnecting from Tubeszb coordinator

Not sure if this is a Z2M or coordinator issue, but I'm getting the 502: Bad Gateway error when trying to access the Z2M front end and Z2M will show as running in the add on in Home Assistant, but none of the devices are reporting. Here's some info:

Coordinator: tubeszb-cc2652-poe-2022
Firmware: 2021.9.3 (Apr 14 2022, 12:19:59)

Z2M version: 1.35.0-1

from the Z2M log:

The serial connection to the coordinator disconnects as soon as I start Z2M and the Mosquito Broker.

I'm curious if anyone knows what that last line in the log entry (lightingColorCtrl) means and if it might be an error coming from a specific device?
