Welcome to the BlockyTalky wiki!

This page is for people with existing technical knowledge who are either developing for the BlockyTalky project OR for people who would like to adapt BlockyTalky for their personal use. Most of this wiki will require some knowledge of using a terminal and/or programming in Elixir and Javascript.

We are working for a guide for general public that is more friendly to those from non-technical backgrounds. It will be coming soon.

If you have a RaspberryPi and are looking to get up and running with BlockyTalky, visit the Getting Started page which will go over what hardware and software you will need, and how to assemble your first BlockyTalky unit. If you'd like to get started developing for BlockyTalky you should read not only read that page, but you will also want to reference the Developer's Guide page which will explain how to set up a dev environment on either OS X or Linux.
