Describe the bug
Several queries do not work well when multiple AWS connections are configured.

Steampipe version (steampipe -v)
v0.7.0

Plugin version (steampipe plugin list)
aws v0.26.0

To reproduce
Run all queries when 2 more accounts are setup

Expected behavior
The queries should work with one or more accounts

Additional context
Add any other context about the problem here.
