That is, when uploading images or videos in a message, turms-chat-demo first requests upload information from the Turms server. The Turms server will guide turms-chat-demo on how to generate the corresponding thumbnail in the response, and turms-chat-demo will generate the required thumbnail according to the instructions and upload both the generated thumbnail and the original image or video to the corresponding OSS service.

I mean "The Turms server will guide turms-chat-demo on how to generate the corresponding thumbnail in the response.", not "turms-chat-demo"

Is this feature now developed?

I prefer to develop a new Turms server named turms-object-storage, which can work as a proxy for any Object storage service (e.g., MinIO) or a standalone server to support features like thumbnails, invisible watermarks, etc, but I am developing turms-chat-demo currently, so there is no effort for turms-object-storage server, and I will start developing it next year.

btw, the feature of thumbnail should be quite easy to develop (1~2 days should be enough from scratch) if you only develop the feature for your own application.
