Redact everything, kick people from alias rooms, and have the virtual user drop out of all rooms. Will need some kind of flag to indicate that the user doesn't want their data to be processed. Lock down the alias room to the bridge bot only.

Will also need to support re-enabling the bridge. This means re-joining the alias room, unlocking the alias room, and setting the flag to allow processing.

Remove disable room functions. It just doesn't make sense to lock it down that much if we prevent the sending of media.
