Possibility to set customized expiring countdown to all folders and sub-folders

My idea is making more indipendent folders and future tags from "Trash".

In my idea "Trash" is not a folder with superpowers, but just a folder as all others.

So rules like "expiring countdown" in order to delete oldest email can arrive also to others folders.
