Up to 5 minutes voice and video messages

It would be useful to add other tools to the communication.

I believe that until now we have not fully exploited the means, but only by limiting ourselves to the text, ignoring or doing without other components equally interested in the communicative sphere such as a voice message or video of the maximum length of five minutes to have container of known length.

On the audio side, I would like it to be made with the open source codec .opus.
