Update monitoring for messaging

Context :

this issue was orignially created for the messaging service

We want to add the information about the driver (gmail, microsoft ...) inside the messaging monitoring

EDIT:

We want to add a new endpoint on the server for graphana
We want to add the data in redis
We will later be able to use this to create graphana charts
