Hey @serifluous! Continuing the discussion on the navigation between One Support Center and Console here. We had a few questions around this:
This is a similar situation to what happens when there is only one menu item on One Admin. |

Sorry, I don't know how to help with that. I did do a search though, and I managed to find these other Discussions that might be similar or related to your question. Give them a read to see if they answer your question. If they do, head back here and update this discussion and mark it as answered, pointing others to the related discussion:

Hi @tonge495 For the first question:
We provide presentational components for teams to implement in their application, in a way that is Flexible to meet their own needs. We don't implement features in applications. For that request you would need to ask the Web Platform team to update the Console application. For the second question:
The idea with the product switcher is that it displays the product you are currently in, plus other products or applications that you can switch to. If you only have the current application you are in, then you might consider removing the Switcher altogether because it serves no purpose. If you are in OSC and only have a single link back to Twilio Comms Console, there should be two items in the menu. OSC, which would be checked, and Comms Console which would be the application you can switch to. The example of the User Dialog in One Admin is a slightly different interaction. What you are seeing there is the focus state of the logout item. For accessibility reasons, your cursor focus is placed inside the dialog on the first focusable item when it is open. Hope that helps |
