Модераторская опция - возможность корректировать формат файлов, отображаемый у заголовка, вручную.
Резон:
Не так и мало ситуаций, когда формат содержимого не опознаётся по причине своей редкости и/или неполной читаемости архива.
Насколько помню, в 8-й версии возможность влиять на отображаемый формат в форме редактирования была.
