Emoji's are not loading seems network issue.

Describe the bug
Emojis which was loading perfectly have stopped loading in our product, after debugging into this, found that svg request is pending from the server. Additionally when we ping the server that too failed.

Request timeout for icmp_seq 0
Request timeout for icmp_seq 1
Request timeout for icmp_seq 2
