用 docker image 建立 pgadmin4，Create Server 的 host name 不是 localhost 而是 172.17.0.1 #1

Environment:

os: ubuntu 18.04
odoo ver.: odoo14
docker image: postgres:10.9

我用 pgadmin4 與 database 建立連線時, 輸入 localhost 不管用
後來查 stack overflow 看到有人用 172.17.0.1
結果成功了！？！！

@kuihao 我上網看了一下, 似乎的確有人在本機要輸入 172.17.0.1, 容器內輸入 127.0.0.1.
但我自己是沒有遇到這種狀況. 至於這個問題, 可要要去研究一下.
