Prerequisites

  • This is NOT a YouTube, Facebook, Twitch or a shortener/hosting site report. These sites MUST be reported by clicking their respective links.

Description

Originally had the issue with the default filter lists, believed enabling the rest of them (including Annoyances) would also work, but here I am.

Overlay redirect that changes the parent html from

<html lang="en" class="hydrated">

to

<html lang="en" class="hydrated whitelist-overlay-on">

Test again in a new browser profile with only uBO and its default settings.

Verified works on Edge. Maybe it's because I'm using Vivaldi?

On your old profile, backup your uBO configurations, reset to default settings, turn off browser's built-in blocker, open new tab and test again.

Turning off the built-in blocker alone did the trick. Thanks. Do you guys recommend removing that all the time and just using uBlock?

Do you guys recommend removing that all the time and just using uBlock?

You decide yourself of using it or not. We always tell users to NOT using multiple blockers at the same time, but if you use, please always respect the prerequisites before reporting the issue.
