Filter "Privacy -> Block Outsider Intrusion into LAN" cause cannot play video on twitch or youtube

I see only one CORS error on GitHub and it's unrelated to LAN block. Caused by AdGuard – Cookie Notices.

My bad,I test again, it's not CORS error. I updated the description. What I can confirmed is youtube, twitch can play video, github, stackoverflow, stackexchange display correctly after disable "Block Outsider Intrusion into LAN" filter

reset uBO to defaults, disable any other extension, do not touch uBO settings => test again
