Description

Removes script that was used to generate API documentation using phpdoc.

Motivation and Context

This script hasn't been used since the migration to GitHub, so there is no use in keeping it around anymore.

Tests performed

No tests.

Types of changes

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
