Updates support documentation to match #202 and move support heading in menu

Motivation and Context

Make support documentation consistent and support link more prominent.

Tests performed

No tests.

Looks like we both made changes to support.md, if you remove that file that should fix it.

It looks good under it's own heading. We might eventually move the FAQ and Troubleshooting links under there as well.
