Remove unused report builder files

Description

Removes several report builder JavaScript files that contain code that is never used.

Motivation and Context

This code is not being used. Removing it makes future maintenance easier since there will be less code.

Tests performed

Generated a few reports and used the various functionality provided by the report generator tab.

Types of changes

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
