  1. Add tooltips to jobviewer Summary value column 

    This change adds a tooltip that shows the unmodified value in the
summary tab of the jobviewer. The tooltip is only added if the value
was reformatted.

Also remove a chunk of unnecessary code that manipulated the store for some reason.
